To our patients and their families,

At our office, our number one priority has always been the health and safety of our patients. As we continue to navigate the implications of COVID-19 together, we want to continue our policy of full transparency and place all efforts on protecting our patients and their families.

Currently, we are closely monitoring and preparing for all the possible scenarios and ensuring that we have the right plans and resources in place, as defined by the expert guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) as well as local public health authorities.

We value our patients and your safety is our priority. Therefore, we ask that you please respect the following initiatives:

To minimize the number of patrons in our office, we respectfully request that you only bring close acquaintances or family members along with you, if necessary. If you have a fever, or even mild flu like symptoms, please do not come to the office but instead call the office and we will gladly accommodate you with a new appointment. If you have traveled to a high-risk area outside of the United States, such as China, South Korea or the European Union, please call the office to reschedule your appointment until after you have at least 14 days of being symptom free. In addition to the continued use of hospital grade sterilization in our office, we are also cleaning all contact surfaces before, during, and after the work day. Please help us maintain a safe environment by washing your hands upon entry to the office. Hand sanitizer has been placed throughout the office for your use.

Please rest assured that we are following local and national updates daily, and will continue to maintain the highest level of safety and patient care that you have come to expect. In the meantime, we remain committed to honest conversation, taking care of one another, and making decisions with you in mind.

Again, thank you for being a valued patient with us. We appreciate your continued trust and confidence. Together we can overcome these challenging circumstances and continue your path to greater health! We look forward to taking care of you at your next scheduled appointment.

Our best,

Dr. Sonia Bahlani and the team at Pelvic Pain Doc/SB Medical
